Patrons of DoS,

With the retirement of Jeff, I have become the senior Baron of the Duel of Swords. To me this is a great honor. However, I have already let alot of you down.

Tonight I was scheduled to meet Daelin in a Duel for the 7th ring, I was a no show. I offer now a public appology for my not showing. I was unavoidably detained back at my kingdom and was unable to get a messenger to anyone.

I make this pledge now, In recent weeks I have been noticebly absent from dueling. I am pledging now that will change. I promise to become more visible and much more active within this sport I love so much.

Sometimes, Gimm, the hardest part about making mistakes is acknowledging it. I, personally, would like to thank you for admitting it to the community and trying to rectify it, performing your duties as a leader before the community.
Of course, with the baron's meeting we had this evening, we are still going to exercise our right to make your next few weeks a living hell by various pranks and different methods of torture.

Actually, what the big bad senior baron told you was a lie. I know the real reason he was absent.

He was lying in a pool of his own blood after I jumped him in a back alleyway and beat the snot out of him.
