Lord Dragoon, Esteemed Officials, Members of the Council, and Patrons Abroad,

Greetings. The match between the Warlord and former thrice Baron Gnort Espelande G'neesmacher Dragoon Talanador and myself, Galin Taelca, for the right to bare the Ninth Ring of Baron's shall commense this coming Tuesday eve, the 28th day of the ninth month of the nine hundred and ninety-ninth year at eight and one-half hours by the common reckoning.

My particulars for the match are as follows: I shall duel under the colours of Turqouise and Silver with the emblem of two golden fireballs streaking past eachother, the colours and symbol of the House of Oor~Tael. I shall wield my originial blade, used now solely in challenge situations, the short sword "Disruptor". I stand alone in this challenge as of this time. I duel for the honor and prestige of the House of Oor~Tael as always.

I hope to see you all there to observe what is sure to be an interesting match. I wish the Warlord the best of luck, skill, and honor in this challenge.
