I hear some peoples minds drift when they're readin or writin, yet they keep on. So for example, Cas might be gettin down to his signature thing and his thoughts'll go off to what they probably do, and ya get this "must be bigger..." broken-record effect. I'll bet ya anythin thats what it is.
