Incorrect. Anon Pheonix was already deceased. The decapitation was, as I understood, a way of preventing magicks from bringing Anon back to life. Anon was, indeed, dead at that point. Anon had fought a duel to the death with Lupton, and lost. I merely did what I could to prevent the verbal agreement that the loser dies permanently from being broken.

Try to keep that woman in line and have her perform ONLY those jobs that are within the scope of her duties, please. The protection of the rings, as far as I know, does not fall under the auspices of Standings Keeper.
To be blunt, I don't have the janitor cook my food and I don't like the idea of the Secretary of the DoS weaving magical protections for the preservation of the rings.
If she's incapable of capably performing her main tasks, I shudder to think of the job she does on he extracurricular spell castings.
