Third Day, Second Month
Gunthar O'Dwyer's challenge for the Fifth Baronial Ring, Verceterix Gavin Favre defending

Let it be known that tonight I bore witness to Gunthar O'Dwyer's victory against Rix Favre in a duel which lasted eleven rounds, with a final score of five to four.

The defending baron, his colors crimson and black, his second Ian, his lady of honor Alanna, his weapon Icebreaker, met Gunthar in the Annex's Ring Of Challenge for fair and honorable combat. The challenger wore Oakenshield's crimson and gold, his second Daegarth, his chosen weapon the longsword.

In light of his sucessful challenge, I declare Gunthar O'Dwyer the new Baron of the Fifth.
The ring has been passed.
Gunthar has announced himself as loyal to the Overlord.

Congratulations to the Arena's newest baron.
