Jonalyn~

What in the names of all the gods in the Multiverse are you babbling about? Nevermind, don't answer. You aren't the subject of this discussion.

Back to the actual subject, Zafiroo did indeed call Ajay a "fine person". Why else would he even mention the man?

"Is it then yuir claim that refering to Baron Turidan ast being a nitwit wast a term of respect?"

We talked it over in private, and all was settled. No real definite problems between us, and it was my mistake.

"Percy who?"

I believe it shouldn't matter a great deal. Both Percival's are great men... But who Zafiroo considers "fine people" is not an issue, whatsoever.
You would insult him because he finds Percival de Clermont a fine man; which is out of the question. Your opinions of people are your own. And please, don't tell me it's an "assumption," but true in every regard -- You'd lower yourself just because Zafiroo believes certain men are "fine."

Drey,

I haven't partaken in da discussion as of yet, however I feel it worth mentioning dat disapproving of a person because of which friends he keeps is a perfectly valid reason. Whom one has as his friends speaks of his own character in some respect as well. Some might dislike me when I side with Jonalyn, it would be fine by me since I never regret who I have as friends and will defend dem ta my death. If Jonalyn has reasons fer disrespecting
Percival, she might also find it distasteful ta befriend him. In which case, Jonalyn might also dislike Zafiroo.

My point is, disliking someone because of whom dey have as friends is legitimate. I only point out dis fact because you seem ta want Jonalyn ta justify, or be able ta justify, each of her many opinions. If she can't, ya chastise her fer having such an opinion. Ironic, one would have ta justify an opinion given da nature of what an opinion is....

Master Starke,

Dost oft make it a habit to answer for the Baron Turidan? Very enterprising of thee, boyo.

Madame Elgarette,

Tis doubtful yuir e'en aware what the subject be, let alone be able to address it in anna manner save yuir usual attempts to babble incessantly in hopes ye mayhap shall suddenly become the focal point of the discussion.

Do try to learn something of an understanding of the common tongue, Madame. I hae long given up anna 'ope that thee might learn the slightest of common sense ast well ast being again reassured that thee ast yet suffer from a severe case of dyslexia, ignorance and senility.

Projecting again, I see. If I wanted attention (which I don't) I certainly wouldn't be seeking the negative kind as you seem to be doing.

On another note, you are the last person (with the exception of perhaps Fyn McTege) who should be lecturing *me* about the "common tongue". When you've learned to enunciate, come and speak to me. Until then, you are rather unqualified.

Jeff,
So once you consider another duelist as your friend, you already lost a few friendships down the road? I see where some of the patrons get their opinions. A pity.
The rest of the post was pointless.

"Dost oft make it a habit to answer for the Baron Turidan?"

Jonalyn,
I make it a habit to respond to impertinent material, such as your query.

Master Starke,

Were it nae th' thee hae th' ability ta take pen ta parchment, thee wouldst hae nae ability atall, save to declare afore all th' thou art little more th' another 'o those wh' cast a pall 'pon th' caverns. Perhaps tis thee hae nae anna upbringin'. A pity, Master Starke, moreso for in th' thou art truly livin' an' breathin' in complete an' utter ignorance an' seem completely oblivious to jus' 'ow lackwitted thou art.

Thou mus' forgive mine amusement, for wast it nae thee wh' didst attempt ta infer there existed some sort 'o friendship t'wixt thee an' mineself? Perhaps thee 'olds th' word ast bein' ast flimsy ast th' dost 'old ta word, 'onor. Rest assured, Master Starke, Ah dinna. Ah am quite certain, ye see, sirrah, th' Ah hae ne'er called thee friend.

Madame Elgarette,

How very amusing that thee admit to yuir further ignorance. Few, save those wh' are terminally ignorant, hae little difficulty in discernin' th' written word from th' spoken.

Madame, if t'was nae yuir intent ta garner attention, thee wouldst nae hae interjected thine hyperbole. Madame, thee canna bu' seek to do annathin' bu' th' negative, tis beyond thine intelligence to do ought else.

When thee learn to read, Madame, perchance t'would be ta mine benefit to venture to speak with thee. Until then Madame, tis fruitless, save should Ah wish to expend breath upon the witless.

Madame, thou art blind to all but thine own jottings, and deaf to all but thine own rantings, ast well as cognizant of little beyond the point of thine own nose. Long hae thee displayed thine ignorance, Madame, please do continue. Ah always enjoy a bit 'o humor, especially from one ast qualified ast thee to play the fool.

Your insults are failing miserably... Perhaps it's time for that schooling we chatted about? If I wanted left-handed compliments, I'd consider ordering you as a court jester, for indeed you're far too amusing.
Please, keep them comin'.

Again you leave remnants of the discussion out. Nothing unusual.

Jeff...

While it can be seen as a valid measure of a person to examine the company they keep... it is sometimes not the correct one. If fact, it smacks of judging a person based upon their race or their nationality, which are often terribly misguided.
Judge each and every individual on their own merits. It is the more difficult path, but the best one none the less.

Master Starke,

Again thine wits fail thee, t'was nae insult offered, t'was simply statin' ta obvious. Perhaps tis thee wh' shouldst consider some schooling, boyo.

"So once you consider another duelist as your friend, you already lost a few friendships down the road? "

Drey,

You sadly assume everyone judges everyone harshly by who dey keep as friends. Only certain people are judged as such, and only certain people lose friendships because of such. It is hardly a plight on our community dat such an event occurs, don't dramatize what I had ta say.
