If you challenge a Baron, Lupton... At least spell his name right.

Or am I wrong? Isn't his first name "Gunthar," but not, "Gunther?" No big deal, just pointing a minor detail out that I've seen ya do a lot.

Baron Troyan,

Well, it seems you have finally grown the intestinal fortitude to actually hold onto a ring. That said, I think I will come out of retirement. I just can't let you hold onto a ring without trying to take it away from you. That would be an insult to the Arena and the sport.

Percy Poo,

Th' only insult ta th' sport or ta th' grand cavern wouldst be fer thee ta garner a ring.
Rest assured, tis thee wh' be in need 'o intestinal fortitude. Think thee all hae forgotten th' insults thee offered unta th' former Baroness, Morgana le Fay, nor th' sound trouncing, a shut out, wh' laid thee low?

Thou art little more th' a self seekin' arse wh' hae thought ta sneak outta th' woodwork ta face a man wh' be thrice ta man ye couldst e'er 'ope ta be.

Be thee seekin' those wh' truly be an' insult ta th' sport an' ta Arena, boyo, thou wouldst bu' hae ta look inta a mirror.

It's rather amusing when you speak for the sport. I don't hear it whining, but only an elderly lady.

I have a suggestion. Why doesn't everyone mentally grow up? Jesse, Billy, Cas and Lupt, we all understand that each of you have the mental fortitude of a seven year old, but for god's sake, at least try to act like adults. The playgrund anticts of "i'm better than you are, nyah-nyah-nyah." Has gotten old and lost whatever humor each of you has seen in it.
Now before anyone else goes and asks me why I don't step up with a pocket full of PW's, here's why....I don't care anymore. Now Cas, I know you have said you don't believe that, which of course goes back to being mentally equal to a seven year old, but at least try and understand what that means, ok? I am at a point in my life right now, where I have no desire to hold any title of any kind. When I came to this region, I quickly made friends and what
not, once I took the title of baron, things began falling apart. My views on anything political or social are so far from what everyone else believes in, that it caused so much friction, that my reputation dwindled to a despised status.
Recently, I have begun to rebuild that status, and in such...I want no part of one of the contributing factors that lowered my reputation. Jona, side note here just for you...I said *one* contributing factor. Just so you understand, it was not completely being a baron. I did alot of other dumb things along the way
I'm not spineless, I'm not gutless, I have skill as well. Anyone wanting to dissagree, that's strictly your opinion. I have afterall been a warlord for nearly three years. I may only be able to hover around thirty wins over losses, but I have remained a warlord when others couldn't, or even couldn't get to be warlords. As for anyone with fifty, or one hundred or two-hundred or more wins over losses, good for you. I have other things to attend, and
cannot spend all my time dueling.
Anyway, speaking of insulting the arena and it's rings...letting anyone that is less of a person that AJ was, is an insult to everything. Period. My opinion, anyone who is rude to anyone, cocky, arrogant or whatnot, does not deserve to even be allowed to be in the arena. AJ was the role-model of not just a baron, but an individual. Anything less than an AJ-ish type personallity, is therefor an insult, and yes your highness Ms. jona, that includes me
as well.

Well, enough of my rant, beging mud-flinging now.

Even if I am considered less of a person than AJ (I'm not saying I am or am not), the fact that I would even be compared to him for a moment would be a nice premise. Therefore, I don't see how being considered "less than AJ" would be an insult, but that's just me.

Zamhulem,

In answer to your question, I find yourself, Zafiroo, Daryl Kyle, Gunthar, Taylara, and Cletus, to a lesser extent, worthless as Barons.

Worthless Barons? Aww..cripes here we go again..

Plus, why wouldn't anyone challenge someone whose they're friend? ( Yeah, I'm talking to you Xeric ). First of all, people did that all the time back-in-the-day. Well, their friends were looking for challenges..but that's not the point here. Secondly, Zam was talking about some sort of challenge a few nights ago..and you seemed so readily willing to oblige..so don't toot your own golden horn of honor unless you know for a fact no one has seen you
attesting to the opposite. Maybe your were just BSing in one of the instances and I'm wrong..oh well.

Furthermore, I'd challenge Zam anyway. I wouldn't give two shakes of a monkey's tail who he was. Just because I'd like the Seventh to be elsewhere right about now..but that's my personal preference.

Jonalyn,

It was nothing but the truth. Considering you always speak for the sport, it's difficult to be original, when you're just so typical and common.

Such as when you don't like anyone, you accuse them of being an idiot, ignorant, or arrogant. Is it not arrogance to believe the Duel of Swords' revolves around you?
I certainly believe Percival would honor the ring, but I really don't need you (of all people) to tell who will honor a ring, and who will not. You're no judge.

Master Starke,

How utterly masterful a fool thee insists upon making yuirself. I hae ne'er e'er made claim to speak for the sport, though ye hae opined I do.

How utterly ignorant a comment to assume I hae a dislike fer someone, when more oft than nae tis for their deeds. Thine own shallowness an' callow youth be speaking, Master Starke.

Further, boyo, unlike thee or others I might name, ne'er hae I opined th' ta duels revolve around either mineself or annaone, an' mos' certes nae around incompetant, arrogant, power 'ungry officials.

Thee certes aire free ta believe ast thee wish, Master Starke. Rest assured, thou art thineself already proven ast verra poor judge 'o annathin'. Thee know little 'o 'onor, an' e'en less 'o me, laddie buck, ast thee constantly show by thine emotional an' shallow ramblings.
