To inform the community and to dispose of the confusion brought on by Warlord Mues' posting a copy of Lady Drakewyn's validation letter, I have challenged Baron Turidan for the right to wear the First and am currently awaiting a reply from the baron. More information will be offered as it comes available, either on this board or the standings.

Master Deluthan Ev'rt.

Mine thanks ta thee for clearing the confusion.

Madame Silvertree,

I do offer thee apology for mine statement wi' regard ta wh' appeared to be yuir validation 'o simultaneous challenges by a single warlord.

I do nae howe'er retract mine comments wi' regard ta yuir performance ast Keeper 'o th' Standings, and do again call for a thorough investigation 'o th' matter an' a pronouncement by Master Valentine Evermeadow in ta matter 'o th' illegal an' validated challenge by ta warlord Xeric Mues unta th' Baron Damien Mortis.

::Looks over the missive from Drake again, and winces::

Deluthan,
I am truly sorry, out of anger I didn't take time and read it properly, I hope you can forgive me.

Xeric,

It's cool, I just didn't want everyone else confused.

Glancing at the board, Drake almost has a heart attack seeing Jonalyn has written an apology to her... only the fact that her daughter Delilah is there snaps her out of the fugue-like trance with a giggle. "Well, I guess I should post something myself."
One of the small air elementals quickly rushes to her office and retrieves quill and paper, upon which she pens a short note.

To the Community.

Upon further reflection, I perceive how the letter posted here could have caused some misunderstandings... and I apologize for that.
Thankfully, both of the challenged Barons are fully aware of which parties are challenging them... so there is unlikely to be a mix-up there.

Drakey Poo,

Ye hae yet ta explain 'ow thee managed ta validate an' invalid challenge, nae ta mention 'ow thee managed ta apparently accept a withdrawal 'o a challenge wh' ye hae already validated.

Perhaps in thine addled state th' hae slipped wh' ye laughably call yuir brain. How manna times shall ta community hae ta accept yuir apologies for yuir blithe incompetence?

Jonalyn Starfare.

PS: Drakey Poo, I do believe th' number 'o time ye hae offered apology ta th' community hae long since surpassed th' 'o th' ignorant wretch, Methous. Huzzah, Madame. Be ye goin' fer ta record ast ta mos' incompetent Keeper 'o ta Standin's th' hae e'er been witnessed by th' sport? If'n th' be ta case, Madame, thee may res' 'pon yuir laurels. Thee hae already attained th' 'onor.
