Patrons,
Greetings. This eve, Monday the 24th, the Warlord, K'yorl Jarlaxel, and myself shall meet to decide the fate of the Ninth Ring of Barons. The match shall take place in the Arena at half past the tenth hour by standard Rhydin time. The Baron of the Tenth, Var Medici-Giovanni, shall officiate the match.
As far as my particulars are concerned, I shall wield my challenge blade, the short sword Disruptor, my colors are turquoise and silver, and I shall duel for the honor of the House of Oor~Tael and for the Council of Barons.

I merely ask for the sake 'o propriety in th' tis said ta be custom fer ta challenger ta hae some say in ta matter 'o who ist named ta officiate. Th' Baron ist yuir teammate ast well ast being seated 'pon ta Council.
Rest assured, sir, I do nae question th' Baron Var Medici-Giovanni's integrity, honesty or honor for I do 'old 'im in esteem. I merely inquire to learn if'n custom hae been followed in th' matter.

I know that I answered this question last night, but for the benefit of the community I'll post the answer here. I allowed K'yorl to pick the official of his choice for the match. He replied to me by saying that I should take care of it and find one. Var was simply the first official I came across.
