One Returning To The Duel Of Swords

It is difficult for me to begin an announcement about myself. I feel that I am drawing too much attention to a person to whom I would rather not have attention towards. In the spirit of my memories though, I must proceed.
Some know me though some do not. I have dueled in the Arena before for some time. I had left my place here when duties called me back home. The Kingdom of Longsly had rife in a political war, little of which I have understanding at the time, due to my absence.
I had begun to duel when Alais de Nightsong was Overlord, though her reign was brief. Leto of Conventon replaced her and then sprawled out a small but interesting political battle. It grew in strength when Every Baron with the exception of Jeffery Oakenshield turned renegade towards Leto (which later changed).
I had gained my Warlord status after a month to a month and a half of hard work. I lost it the ext week but regained it in time for the Warlord's tournament. The tournament was large and intimidating for a new Warlord. Over the two nights it spanned, I posted a 7-1 record. My loss came against Kalamere Ar'Din. On the second night, I fought my way through the losers bracket to face Kalamere once more. He and I fought each other, him standing for the
winners bracket, myself for the losers. I defeated him and though I was expecting one more match (since the tournament was double elimination) people declared me the winner. I was confused but I took my prize, the Fourth Ring.
I stood renegade to Leto until Kalamere dethroned him. I still Loyal under him until I lost my Ring. During the time I made three defenses until G'nort dethroned me. Seven days later, Kalamere was dethroned by Athlstan. I continued to duel and participate in tournaments until my responsibilities took over the majority of my time. I challenged only once, when Dalamar Ar'Daumon took the crown. I
challenged the only Renegade Baron at the time, Daegarth Mithmellon, then holder of the eight ring. He defeated me soundly in six quick rounds.
This is just a brief history for those who have any interest. I have asked Drake to reinstate me as a Warlord and I wish to participate in these halls once more. I have little else to offer at this time except that I have hope that the experience will once again be pleasant as it was when I was younger and a bit more unknowing. I will be participating in this upcoming tournament with Tass as my partner.
I thank those of you who took the time to read this.

PS: To those who know, the quotes will return.

Very interesting tidbit of information. Although I never had the pleasure to meet you, I'd like to be the first on these boards to welcome you back.
