Dear all DoF Patrons:

With this letter I hereby challenge Tarl Cabot for what I call the Opal that Floats - Moonberyl. I have challenged Tarl with great honor towards the sport and much enthusiasm to continue to ongoing challenges of the Opals. Tarl is a great man, and has held the Opal well.

So with all of my greatest respect, my challenge for the Moonberyl Opal has been made.

The challenge will take place on Saturday the 19th of September 1998 at 8:00 PM by the Eastern Clock.
