Attention Swords officials and members of the Swords Baron's Council,
On behalf of the plantiff, Elijah Basia-Uhr, I am filing this class action lawsuit for restitution for the criminally negligent behavior of the Baron's Council of Swords in their handling of the recent judgement of Adriane versus Magnus title challenge in regards to title that Adriane now bears. The Baron's Council's actions have slandered and damaged the reputation of the titles of the Swords heirarchy, and therefore caused reputation damages to
all past, present, and future holders of said titles. Please contact my office immediately so that we may discuss a settlement in as quick a manner as the legal process allows. I would hate for this issue to go to trail and have a jury of your peers perhaps provide a judgement with stiffer penalities.

::looks at the lawsuit and thinks for a moment. The Warrior of Muse then sits and pulls out a piece of paper and a quill/inkvial and starts to pen::
It seems to me that even though the council has disregarded the rules in what seems to be a dishonorble way, is a lawsuit nessesary, Lord Elijah Basia-Uhr?
This is only my first week within the ranks of your halls but I have read the rules extensivly. What would be a much better judgement on us as the patrons and community of the Duel of Swords would be to ask our Supervisor, lord Valentine Evermedow (Forgive spelling since I do not know him) or our Assistant Supervisor, The Lady Turi Castle to overturn the council decision. The rules state that the Baron's Council's decision can only be overturned
by one of these two people only. I believe it would be a much better route to travel upon than bringing in outside lawyers and such into this.
I am very open to learning more about the way this community works so please allow me the knowledge onto which this course of action was taken.

Beautiful.
Leave it to Elijah to bring matters to an unneccessary extreme.

Cas~
Assinine actions sometimes call for seemingly equally assinine responses, do they not? Maybe *some* sort of justice will come from it. Who knows?

Just speaking, logically and strictly legally, you Elijah, being a 4rth and nonjoint party to either the baronial council, or either duelists you refered to, can not bring forth charges on anyone. In fact, if anything, by hiring a lawyer and threatening the baronial council, which, let us remember, governs a SPORT, the baronial council is in a position to bring up a countersuit for harassment. Even the idea of bringing
a body of people, indiscriminately, who rule only over a mere sport, which they don't even *rule* over it, is, as G'nort said, comical. Furthter more, This sport, being a private organization, as opposed to a govermental one, is allowed the freedom to rule over itself as it sees fit. The government, and therefore law, has no say in what is fair or unfair in the ranking systems, rules or handlings of the sport. You've proven a point, now let it go
before you look anymore like a bafoon than you already do.
