Call to a Big-Mouthed Baby Warlord

Sgt. Lorance Sneggle.

Every day I have to read your raw incoherence on this cork, and it's another slap in the face to me, another reminder of what has happened to the sport I've made my home.

You won the rank of Warlord, a once-hallowed and respected mark, quite some time ago, taking advantage of the crisis that the Arena went through at the time, like a rat will feed on the corpses supplied in battle. You have waved your threat of taking my ring in my face time and time again like I actually care. You've done this for quite a while now.
And yet...I see nothing. No missives of challenge have reached my villa. Nothing. Maybe you have been unable to amass ten peer wins. I don't see why, the Arena is near to full each night these days, and you are present every eve. Unless you are not sufficently skilled to be a Baron. Or you are a coward. Mayhaps you should practice your skills, or work up your courage. Either is something you could be doing with your time instead of polluting this
cork.

I am not here to browbeat you though, but rather call you out. Something about a coward claming to be a soldier makes me ill. Fly, you have bitten my arm long enough to be crushed. Challenge me, Warlord. Bring your mace and your ten peer wins. A best of three it will be. I offer this wager: Should you lose, then never again do you vandalize this cork.
As for me, I think that placing the Tenth on the line in a challenge match is enough a wager. I have nothing to prove against you.

Before you think you have nothing to gain by accepting my offer, remember that I am a Loyal Baron, and that you would be hard pressed to find anyone who would fine you worthy of titled rank.

I await your response.

When we fight, and fight we will it will be in accordance with the rules of the game and for the prize of the ring yer wear. Nothing more, nothing less so save yer loose talk for someone what cares.

As expected.

Be aware, Warlord, that when you finally do work up the courage, you've dug your own grave.
