For instigating a riot within the Arena proper, Anubis Karo is to be held financially liable for damages to the tables that are along the wall nearest the Annex doorway.
5 tables @ 30 gp = 150. gp
As well, he will serve dinner to the widows and orphans home at his own expense

For willing participation in said riot, Baron Magnus Eques is to serve as a trainer to commoners for the remainder of the cycle as penalty for his participation in the unsightly brawl.

For scarring and chips caused by flying and misaimed daggers, Dawn Shadowbane is to refinish the entire bar and accompanying stools in the arena. She is also to replace the mirror which was obviously broken by her lack of skill.

Evan Rush Rynth and Hunter Mano Calisto are held liable for the cost of overtime incurred by the Inn's staff for their abaondonment of and appropriated ring and caller.
Hunter will also be charged for the chairs he destroyed in his drunken blindness. 7 to be exact at 10 gp per.
As well as damages by the duo, Evan is expected to pay for the repainting of the arena due to damages caused by a light he produced in some manner. Labor estimates are 300 gp

The overtime, 1 hour at ..lemme see here. 60 gp is to be added to Evan's bar tab.

Lady Morgan Dracolich, will pay to refinish the floors that she was seen scratching as she drug herself from location to location on her belly. As well as the damages caused as she continually pulled numerous victims to her level.

Damien Mortis is to replace several chairs that were obviously broken over his hard head. We will say 5 and 10 gp. Plus one table he broke a bottle over at 50 gp

Each and every female participant is to donate at least 50 hours in community service at the Old Duelers home for polution of a young impressionable mind. Below are exerpts from the Arena's video system to prove my point.

HOST PCG Sevn: "Mr Nych, some of the ladys fighting have lost significant parts of their clothing. What
HOST PCG Sevn: are we supposed to do?
HOST PCG Reiver: avert your eyes lad, I will see they get them back later::grinning::
HOST PCG Sevn: "Thank you Sir" Averts his eyes to some better looking parts as he may be young, but he
HOST PCG Sevn: aint stupid""

A fee of 100 gp will be divided amonst the lot for losses incurred by me, Nych DeGyrlington as a direct result of their distraction during last eves 7 card stud game.

Lastly, Charlie Jericho will serve 4 shifts in the arena for half her normal wages for her participation in the brawl. She too is to serve 50 hours at the Old Duelers home and I feel changing the bedpans of the toothless sots is appropriate.

::snorts to himself as he reads the end of the tack, noting to himself that Nych only lost 55 gold to him, not 100, but doesn't bother tacking anything to the board himself to that effect, figuring it'll be much more useful just to mark Nych for a cut of the profits the next time he sees him::

You have got to be kidding me. First of all, I was not drunk. Second, I broke exactly one chair, and threw another. Whoever was hit by the thrown chair is responsible for its destruction, as once airborn, it was out of my hands. Other than that, none of the damages were of my causing.

Rora sighed watching over both Evan and Morgan whom laid on the couch at their home. A brow raised for only a moment as she changed the cloths covering the open wounds of the two. Mumbling to herself, "You two are too much by far."
Evan opened his eyes glancing to his daughter with a grin. "Sometimes. Ain't been in a fight like that in a while." Rora smirked as Evan went on, "Is Morgan OK?"
Rora grinned, "Aye, she is Dad. So is the rest of them besides Mother. Mom is missing a few screws."
"How so hun?" Evan questioned with a smirk rising to his lips.
Rora frowned a bit then sighed letting the answer out, "She disowned me. She tried stripping me of her half a while ago. You knew she would try didn't you?"
"Aye, my child, I did. She tried once to kill you in her own womb and I could not let that happen again." Evan gazed up towards the sky.
"There is one thing I have not told you yet my little one. You have a demon side of you and that comes from your Mom. Once we were married, your Mother surprised me by telling me of her true form. I still loved her anyway but that has come to pass. Just remember I will not leave you. And one day, we will see what kind of demon lives in you too, together."
Rora spoke up a bit choked, "I brought this from the mail box. Seems you all got in some trouble and you have to pay."
"For real?"
"Yeah ... "
Evan groaned.

We can't fight in the arena now? I always thought that's what it was there for.

Baron ,
Fighting is well and good but remember, if ya want to dance you have to pay the piper!

I will be expecting your payment along with the others.

Hunter, 10 don't pay the bull dog so you better redo your figuring.

All chuckling aside Damien, You too will pay or the Orc's Collection service will be called out to seperate you from your pocket book

Nych:

I believe the party responsible for starting the fight should pay. Granted I did leave the ring to defend a teammate, was it better to watch the teammate get beat up or try and help was my instinct. However in retrospect the Ward protects against such actions in the ring therefor it was not necessary for me or anyone to defend. Lexi should have never left the ring plain and simple. The only time the Ward comes down is when that
person wants it. So therefor, I shall pay not for what happened to the Arena but for my waste of time and rash actions after taking a moment to think back.
I am currently working on a gold statue in honor of the first wearer of the crown which stands at life size. That shall be my payment and hours done for I doubt the old would survive my ramblings. The basic body is being molded now so Ecore or any other with information on the details about the first Overlord upon looks(facial features, etc.) and deeds please contact me in person or by missive.
Nych, if this is not acceptable then I am sorry. My gold will be paid more than in full so I see no problem with the way of payment. However, if you feel this is not enough then I shall discuss the matter with you in person.

The Elfairy eyes D as the man stumbles into the Arena.

Nych,

I am currently on a vacation with my husband. However, since these type of incidents involving my employees seem to happen quite frequently when I am out of town, I try to keep informed of what they are up to while I am away. I can assure you that Charlie will be dealt with as soon as I am home.

I disagree with the punishment that is based simply because Charlie is female.  She is always scantily clothed.  I seriously don't think anyone was permanently damaged by seeing her slightly less clothed than she normally is.  The punishment was levied simply because of her gender and is, therefore, unacceptable.

As for the rest, I will cover both Damien and Charlie's fines.  You should have the money before the end of the business day.

Nych,

Not to rain on your fine parade, but there is no reason for charging fines to duelers and patrons for damage caused in the Arena by them. Accordingly, by the original mistress of officials, the venerable Kairee, the Arena always heals it's self because it is part of the Red Dragon Inn. Any damamge to property is magically fixed and/or replaced as happens in the Inn. Therefore, charging patrons and duelers for damages to the Arena and the
objects within is over charging the good people of this sport. Perhaps you are trying to grift a little too much from the till?

::chuckles stifly as she reads the missive::I say, he must be entirely off his rocker! I was never half naked! ::winces at her own outburst as she is still rather sore from the fight::And what was that about scratches on the floor? ::tries to remember since she was recovering from the leftovers of a birthday hangover::I was only on the floor 3 times and was pulled there
twice..::still thinking:: I can never remember being fined for fighting anywhere, inn or otherwise. No, I think I'll have a chat with my lawyer. ::tries to sit up but is pushed down again by Rora.::"No", she says, "It's rest you need and you'll stay right here." ::frowns as she lays back then drifts off to sleep mumbling.::"Crazy people..thinkin i'm gonna pay some fine...insane..ludicrious..not..goin..

Strutting away from the boards, the drunk sent a sloopy grin Evan's way.

"I'ma star' drinkin' once ya smar' ass stops tellin' such funny jokes."

The drunk smirked, reaching into his pocket and tossing a half empty bottle of Jack Daniels at the elf fairy.
