While not the expert on the history of the duels in quite the fashion as Elijah, I must agree with his sentiments. The idea of charging indivudals fines for their conduct outside the rings is somewhat ridiculous. We have quite a few brawlers and troublemakers, and have for many years. To now, finally, attempt to discipline several of the lesser offenders for a one
time incident strikes me as too little far too late. With the exception of Damien, most of these individuals are not usually troublemakers or brawlers. Even Anubis, little though I care for him personally, has a certain amount of decorum under the majority of circumstances.
I also find it particularly objectionable that any duelist or official, regardless of gender, should be brought to task for their attire or lack thereof. I must certainly argue that an organization which has taken no steps to deal with such incidents as strip duels and G's 'sex duels' in the past has no business attempting to discipline anyone for what they chose to wear.
Finally, the ability of the Inn to take care of itself magically is well known and documented. Charging for damages therefore strikes me as rather foolish. I would have to advise every individual being charged for said damages to speak with Messr. Brandon Fox, as this is not my area of law.

The Elfairy grinned catching the bottle unscrewing the top. "That so? I thought I was being serious there."
Nods once tipping the bottle. Setting it down empty Evan said, "I can do something for that arm of yours ya know? Then you can hold two open containers at once."

The sex duels and my sitting nude in the Arena which many have witnessed and gone blind from in certain cases has never been stopped. Many complaints have floated my way as for some complements but never has any action been taking in repercussion of my actions.

Percy...

I would hardly call strip duels "incidents." Try, maybe... "bits of fun."

::humming a tune reminiscent of a fella named Bob, ::/o Oh the times, they are a changin:::

Elijah ,

You did manage to escape the incident by but a few short minutes and have no clue as to the damages done. I did have a crew in here till the wee hours of the morning, painting and polishing and rebuilding that which these hooligans destroyed.
Perhaps when Kairee was here, she had the ear of the Ward or somethin but this place was far from healed. And what of the poor innocent Sevn, his innocence lost to the exhibition of the wenches...er ladies that night.

Evan, If you let Elijah describe anything from the past for historical accuracy, you will need a light and your lunch cause your gonna be there awhile.

Don't make me drag out the videos!!

Arane,
Your generosity and act of responsibilty it greatfully appreciated.
Since Charlie is one or yours, I leave it up to you to levy penalty.
As for the drunk, his share is still 100gp for tables and chairs and I have recieved it by messenger this hour.
You sense of honor is like a breath of fresh air

> I believe the party responsible for starting the fight

Lexi did not want the ward to go down. Lexi, despite her shrieking, kicking, and screaming, did not willingly leave the protection the ward offered. Lexi, even after getting her curls yanked, jerked, and tugged, remained in the ring, even when the Slaver was knocked out of it. Only by a
persistent yanking did Lexi ever leave the ring. The only damage done was when that blasted light blinded me.

Perhaps Evan was knocked one too many times over his head during the fight to clearly remember the details not immediately pertaining to him. As a side, Lexi will not pay anything for poor sportsmanship on behalf of the Slaver. Being attacked in the ring immediately after the duel should have it's own penalties.

Strallem, thanks anyway but...I have retained the famous shyster, I mean attorney, J Hoffa Esq. to represent the commission if needs be. As for those refusing to pay what they owe, there are other ways to squeeze blood from the turnips.
Oh and Anubis, I could have charged you for the hours I donated to you about a week before the last Warlords tourney if I was of that mind, but lets not drag up the past eh welcher?

Reason for the light was due to falling upon one of Dawns blades. Least it was good for something.

::smirks as she reads the post::Drag out the tapes eh? ::begins jotting down a few lines::

Nych,
M'lord, if you think you can find a tape with a record of me being even sligtly less clothed than I should, I'd like to see it! Everyone knows I favor long dresses that dont' hint too much and when I duel, it's breeches, boots, and regular button up shirts. So, by all means, find that tape, I'd LOVE to see it.
