This 8th day of June and at the 10th hour,
I, Nycholas DeGyrlinton, was asked to witness the challenge by the Warlord, Jacob Dandy and the Baron of the 6th, Admiral Ramsus Llegron Tidewater.
The Baron failed to arrive and after 40 minutes, it was decided by the challenger and myself, that since there was no second present,this is to be a matter for you, the council.

The Holder of the Fourth votes the Baron of the Sixth be held in Forfiet and stripped of the title.
The Holder of the Fourth further votes that the challenger face a Champion selected by the Council.

It is the council's decision that the Baron Llegron be stripped of his ring and that the Baron Maximius be appointed to defend the ring from the Warlord.

Whal, me an tha feller has spoke an we has decided tah git'er dun come Tuesday tha 26th at 9. It seems Maw wunt let me do a whackin' on Sunday an Paw said if Ah dunt has mah chores dun by Monday he'd have mah hide he wud, so's we'd gonna git'er dun Tuesday.
