Greetings,
I would like to take a moment to introduce myself to the patrons of the Arena. My name is Remy Sigurd, owner and CEO of the Sigurd Corporation. Recently we have signed a contract with the management of the Arena in which we will be managing the records of the Duel of Swords sport, specifically the weekly standings. While some of the minor details of the contract are yet to be worked out, we have been authorized to begin our work immediately.
I have already assembled a team of specialists taken from several other departments within the corporation to handle this responsibility. They have spent the past few weeks studying the rules and history of the Duel of Swords, so they are fully prepared to take on this task. Unfortunately, we have not yet found a suitable location for our offices, so any communications that you need to send to us should be left in the Arena. A lockbox should be
arriving shortly for that purpose.
While the records are being transferred to my team, there may be some delays in the responses for the messages that some of you will deliver to us. We will be working closely with the Arena staff until the transition is complete in order to minimize any such delays.
On a personal note, I look forward to interacting with all of you and learning more about this sport. I believe this contract will be mutually beneficial to both parties, and I will enjoy seeing what the future holds for the Arena.
