A single silver coin lay pinned against the cork, held by many of the various instruments previously used to hold up some of the older, torn and disused missives. Under one such tack was a very simple note, written in a strong flowing hand, stating simply:
"There shall be no debts between this place and I."
Amidst the crowd.

Before leaving the arena with that sweet pink slash Amal gave him, he had noticed a strange guy whom he'd never seen in the arena before taking a weapon from around the standard weapons supply.
He also was able, in his hazed state, to note that this same man had later moved past the offices and to the cork, placing something up there.
Ever the curious one, he'd wandered over there on his way out and read the note.
"Debt what? Feh, makes no sense."
But he spotted the coin and not to look a gift horse in the mouth, took it for his own and then proceeded to wander out to do something about that pink stripe.
