On this night, April 11, the match between challenger Jaycy Ashleana and Baron G'nort Talanador was held. The prize was the Fourth Baron's Ring of the Duel of Swords league.

Jaycy had a pair of Seconds, Tass and the absent Sartan.

G'nort was seconded by Tareth and his Lady of Honor was known as Seschii.

The match began with the Baron taking a quick lead, but Jaycy was able to even the score just as rapidly. After a brief mutual exchange, the challenger took the lead and would never lose it. Jaycy won the match after nine rounds by a final score of 5 - 4 to become the new holder of the Fourth Baron's Ring.

She has declared her alignment as Loyal to the Overlord.

Jaycynda --

Congratulations on your win... I'm also sorry I was not able to attend and see you in all your glory. ::a smiley face drawn here::

As sad as I am to see the ring leave Gnort's hand (he always did look so good in that ring... I'm rather surprised it hadn't permanently attached itself), I approve heartily of its new owner.

May your reign be long and prosperous. Congrats again.

G,

That was fun. Let's do it again sometime. But please, next time, leave the gnomes at home.

Cas,

You're why it was done when it was; you weren't there. (I'm kidding!) ::a smiley face drawn here::

Elle,

Thank you so much, hon. So, when's your turn? ::drawing another smiley face here::

Cas,

You're welcome.

Jaycy,

Gnomes are cool.

Elle,

I wore it on my finger?

Bob,

Replace your batteries.

Umm...

Okay bye.

I'll find someone else to beat up. For you can't keep the Gnawing Gnomish Armies down forever.

G,

Gnomes are cool unless they're gnawing on your ear.

That's right. I had one sewn in. Thieves don't think to look for a pocket there.. Too easy to get caught.
