Huma had left the arena, he went home to cool down, and let his temper fade away. He made his way to his easy chair and kicked back, propping his feet on the rest. He had just witnessed actions that he felt were directly disrespectful to himself. He sat fuming about what had transpired, and come to the conclusion that this incedint, he may have over reacted. But, he still felt his reasons for his anger and jealousy were still justified. Huma had been a Solomnic knight. He once lived by strict code of honor, and with this code, he had been taught certain values. Values that should also be lived by in marrage. At least, this is what he had been taught. "How would Rix like it if I tackled Red directly in front of him and tickle her with a feather? Then demand she rub my feet? Or, how would Gnort have felt, had I done this to Prin before they had thier problems?" Huma made a face and spoke aloud again. "The arena janitor would probably still be mopping up my remains" With that Huma shook his head, feeling that Aja's friends still treated her as a single woman, rather than married."True" he thought, "I do get angry over some little things, but dammit, that is my right. Aja knew how I was when she married me." His thoughts briefly drifted back to the fight he had with Nikki over Aja before they were married. Huma shook his head again as Aja stormed through the door, and up to thier room. "What is that woman doing now?" Huma cocked his head, hearing her footsteps upstairs. His expression went stern when she came down stairs with a packed suitcase. "And just where are you going?" The reply coming back from Aja, "I'm going to stay at the shipyards." Huma stood and moved to the closet. Looking back to her, he spoke in a firm voice, "No, this is yourhouse, you should not be the one to leave." Huma reached into the closet and grabbed a duffle bag, one he had prepared, just in case he was needed elsewhere for more than a day or so. Aja stood watching him, as he moved to the doorway. Huma stopped in the doorway, not catching what Aja had whispered. After a mnoment of silence, the two began arguing...about everything that had happened, and anything else that annoyed them about eavh other. After a few moments of this heated arguement, Aja held out her wedding ring, and the Baron's ring Huma had givin her to wear. Huma lowered his head, and reluctantly took the Baron's ring, leaving her the wedding band, and he silently left thier house, going to the bar Aja had bought, to think thingsover....
