Resignation

Effective once I got all my issues straightened up, I'll be resigning my position as a caller in the Outback, and as the Duel of Fists Assistant Supervisor. I know this is a surprise to probably all of ya, but I know that probably not everyone here is a big fan of mine neither, so it ain't like I expect many tears to be shed over this. Yeah, it's sudden, but I can't really talk about it, so even if you're curious,
you might as well not ask. I might work one more week, I might not. We'll see. Catch y'all around.

Deuce

Every challenge I made to Tarl was looked over by Deuce. He was there... all of the time. That's a lot of challenges, I have to say. He not only organized Diamond Quests, but also became friends with everyone. My thanks to him is greater than words. It's greater than friendship, for he is an ever-so splendorous friend. Whatever the reason for this occurance, it does not matter. All I know is that Deuce is one of the greatest, and bravest men
I have ever known.

Thanks for the world, Deuce.

::she was cleaning the Outback after closing time as usual... okay, so it wasn't really usual, she ended up getting up early in the morning to get the work done, but hey.. it got done nonetheless. Ever since Rask allowed her to start working as tendress for her room, she was the new busy body there. A piece of paper was on the floor in her tracks as she was sweeping. Another runaway soldier from the message board. No
big deal.. it was the name on the bottom that made her snicker a bit, remembering the time when Andy came in drunk. The words were what hit her. Deuce... was leaving?? One out of the three people she allowed to call her by her actual real name, was going? Not that she could do anything about it, but that wasn't very nice. Hmph.. see if she let him call her Caedia anymore.. She sets Andrew's paper back up next to Deuce's and resumes sweeping,
hitting a few things here or there to get rid of the emotions building up::

Upon hearing the new news from a rather quiet Caedia... he stalks into the Outback on an important errand. With a single nail he attaches a sign right under the hole broken in the wall behind the left door;

"In honor of a Deuce, we'll remember you."

The peon's leaving? If he's leaving then who's gonna protect everyone from Jesse? Who's gonna slap some sense into me when I start rambling? Do I have to pick a new favorite caller now? I guess so. We're all gonna miss ya Deuce, even me. Thanks for all the memories pal.~Harris... The real peon...

Scanning over the messages tacked up to the board, a slight frown crossed over her face as she read of the resignation. It seemed everyone was leaving lately. Not wanting to simply rewrite the other messages, she left a simple note in her neat script."Best of luck to you Deuce"-Koy
