Dear all fellow duelers,
I write this letter in order to hopefully regain my rank. I know this will probably not happen but I do hope you grant me my 23-0 record so i can regain the rank of emeralds. If this does not happen I will fight my way all the way to regain it. I hope all of you put this in consideration and jot down your thoughts on this subject.

Xerzes' thought on this issue: If you duel often, you won't be removed from the standings. Therefore, you should duel more often.

I believe the rules state you can be reinstated as a emerald, but your record beings at 15-0. I'm not completely sure on that, but I do believe that is the interpretation of the rules.
