when the clock strikes 9:30 p.m. The honorable Alais d'Nitesong Sidhe will officiate this test of skill with all her usual grace and ability.

Also...
I shall duel under two banners.
The first is of jade green and lily white, to represent my family and my friends.
The second, a royal blue circle on a slate grey field, to honor the Garrison Territory, the ideals for which it stands, and the brave soldiers who gave their lives on the battlefields for them.
I have no supernatural or historical weapon for this or any duel, but my tonfa is always trusty and has shed to shed a splinter.
Rix Favre will second me, and the lovely Cygnet Seraphim with do me the grace of being my lady of honor.
And Gnim will be my towel boy.

I have one quick correction, the match will be held at 9 PM by the eastern clock. As always, I will be dueling under the silver and black of the Oldest House, and I shall wield Vengeance: The Blade Half in Shadow.
