::Adds under Drake's, teasing::
Symbolism...
The old cow - Dal
The falcon - someone else, don't know.

...Whoops, that's old CROW! Sorry, Dal. Well... then again, anything old could be called Dal.

You know, I think that I'll change my name. Hmmm... How about Jaem Falcon Triver? Falcon J. Triver? J.T. Falcon? Can't hurt...

::another old parchment tacked atop the original prophecy::

Ceaselessly, the Falcon circles,
while the Crow rests safely in it's
nest.
Seen but not noticed, the Falcon goes hunting in the Crow's backyard.

Crow's Nest... that's a sailing term, right?

But... boats don't have backyards!

Not true, Drake... the ship my lady Noelle and I own has a cute little garden with pink tea roses with baby's breath. You just need to get in tune with what can come with ships lately.

A third parchment appears tacked above the other two.

The Falcon's knowledge is deadly,
but the Old Crow is a veteran of countless attacks.
The time is almost upon us when,
unhindered, the Falcon
will step forth

The Seer watches the dueler leave the boards. From out of the shadows he steps forth, reads the note, then returns to the shadows.

"No, I think not. Many cultures slay the harbinger of change out of fear. I am not the Falcon, I am just a phrophet."

Goes back to the Boards and leaves a note for all to see.

The Prophecies are for all to see
Everything you wish to know is written there.
All things will be revealed
In the Fullness of Time.

::Writes a quick, unsigned note... though her handwriting is probably well known by now.::

Well Master Triver,
I would expect that this prophet is someone who likes birds...
My brother often takes the form of a Raven, perhaps I should ask him.

::Heads off to spend time with her daughter, prophecies having caused her too much heartache in the past for her to want to take them seriously anymore.::

The commoner pauses before the ancient cork board to ponder the symbolism of the prophecies. Glancing to the south banner wall she ponders aloud in the silence of the basement, "Och, tis th' Falcon oft be symbolic 'o ascension, freedom an' victory. Th' Crow oft be symbolic 'o constancy. Yet whilst th' Falcon ist oft tamed, th' Crow flies free."
