Warlords of the Duel of Swords,

I would like to take a moment to notify the current and future Warlords of a policy in the new rules. Taken from the General Rules, under the heading of "Peer Wins":

"Peer Wins" are retroactive to the last time you challenged a Baron or the Overlord. Once a challenge is met, either against the Overlord or a Baron, the challenging Warlord's "Peer Wins" are zeroed out up to the date the challenge is issued. Baron's and the Overlord do NOT accumulate "Peer Wins" while holding title and start out with zero when unseated to the Warlord rank.

The underlined words also appeared in the old set of rules. However, they are now being enforced. Any challenges that were made following the Warlord's Tournament and any future challenges will be subject to this rule. For example: Warlord X challenges a Baron on June 4th and the match is fought on June 18th with the Baron the victor. Therefore, any extra peer wins that were accumulated before June 4th by the Warlord are gone. This does not
include peer wins won between June 4th and June18th.
If anyone has any questions, you know where to reach me.

Ken approaches the boards and reads the re-stipulation of the rules and pulls out his calculator. He punches buttons for a while, then writes something down on the back of an envelope. He reaches in to his bag and removes an astrolabe, holding it towards the sky, he removes the pencil from behind his ear and jots another couple numbers down. He casts the navigational instrument aside and gets his cell-phone, a gift from Cat from his
pocket. He flips the little voice receiver out and hits a speed-dial button. A receptionist named Margi answers and Ken asks to speak with Fred Charlston, his broker. After a few minutes of conversing and questioning, Ken throws the phone to the ground with a loud grunt, throws his arms in the air and exclaims:

"I *STILL* don't have any!"

he stomps away, laughing

Golden,

Thanks for the clarification.

And Ken,

I'm *still* laughing.
