Overlord Challenge

Friends and Patrons of the Duel of Swords

I, Lord Dalamar Ar'Daumon do hereby set the date for the upcoming Overlord Challenge as Saturday June 6th. The match will be held at 10:30 by the Eastern Clock, and it will take place in The Basement Annex of the Duel of Swords. The honorable Alais d Nitesong Sidhe has agreed to officiate the match for us, which, with Skyler's consent, will be held in the Best of Three Format.
As always, I will be dueling under the silver and black of the Oldest House. My second will be my good friend Baron Jeffrey Oakenshield, and the beautiful Lady Sidartha Elgarette will be me Lady of Honor. And, I will be wielding Vengeance: The Blade Half in Shadow.
Until then, Skyler, thank you for conducting yourself with a sense of respect, honor, and patience that is befitting the best of men. Your actions in this challenging process should be a model for all those to come.

Friends and Patrons of the Duel of Swords:

My color -- as always -- is black, and black alone. My weapon is the same one I always use; my long, slender and agile blade that has proven before it can match Vengence blow for blow. As usual, I shall stand alone. No Lady of Honor, and no second.

I'd like to thank Alais for calling the match, and I'd like to thank Dalamar for giving me this opportunity.

Much luck to you, my love. I will attempt to be by thy side, despites Fate's many attempts to force me away from the Arena that night ((a wedding in the morning and a birthday party in the afternoon)). Even if I don't make it there in body, I'll be there in spirit.
