On this day, I didst adjudicate the challenge by Baron Uziel to the reigning Overlord Dalamar.
Jeffrey Oakenshield did intercede, and faced the Baron's champion Bapheloc.
Bapheloc did defeat Jeff as follows:
Oakenshield fss/ flp/ lc /hc/ fss / lc / sl 1
Bapheloc lc / fcp / th / sh / lc / th/ fss 5
Therefore, the Baron did face Dalamar...
Dalamar flp/hc/fcp/lc/fss/fcp/hc/lc/flp/fdu/ss/lc 5.5
Uziel fss/ hc/fss/hc/th/flp/hc/fss/lc/hc/fcp/fdi 4
The Overlord did retain his title by defeating the Baron 5.5-4 in 12 rounds.

Everyone of the DoS:
I am quite saddened to see that anyone would so slander another dueler or official of the sport to where "Shadow reffing" would be needed to prove the decency and honesty of others. Having no other available actions, I simply scold whoever would make such claims, and I strive to make my honor as Baron obvious enough that no one could level such disturbing accusations on me.

Anyone that would call the honor of Alais into question should be throttled mightily. There are few callers left with commitment to the sport.
Seems to me more like people cannot accept that Dalamar seems to fight better when the pressure is on.
On and well won to the Draconian and the Overlord.

I am heartilty dismayed that anyone would call into question the honor and integrity of any offical of this sport. These officals devote thier time, energy, knowledge, experience, and in essence almost thier lives in sacrifice so that we, the dueling community, can enjoy ourselves with this form of entertainment. And these officals of the sport, or any of the lands of RhyDin get nothing for compensation
except our graitude. To all of them past, present, and future you have as always my support and my appreciation.
Once before in the past an RDI was called upon to question her honor and intergrity in her officaiting an Overlord Challenge match, the names are not important but the situation is indeed. To avoid bringing the sport down and tarnishing the title, both the RDI in question and the victorious Overlord both retired from the rings and haven't been seen or heard from since mostly. No one ever knew if they were indeed quilty or not, and I honestly do
not know either, but nothing can last and succeed if there is not faith and trust. With the hardships of the way RhyDin and the amount of refugee personalities about, I think RDIs, especially the calling of the sports of RhyDin ones should get medals of honor.

The commoner wanders to the corkboard, noticing Luthien's parchment following Alais'. Her sea blue eyes flash a cold arctic fire at the implied insult to the honor and integrity of the Lady Alais Graham d' Nitesong Sidhe. She grabs the quill hanging by its thread, penning a note.

Whomsoever dared to call thine honor, honesty and integrity into question should suffer the fate thou wouldst suffer, nae, the fate that any official of this ancient arena would suffer should they so fail in their duty; banishment from the hallowed and storied halls of the dueling house. Removal of the tongue of the culprit with a rusty serrated gutting knife might also be considered as well as the slow removal of other necessary body parts,
heart, liver, legs, arms, lungs. One can but hope that the coward's identity becomes known.
