Do we --all-- need bifocals of something? Heh... I Read Evans post simply and got this out of it.
1) Evan felt that he voted wrong in the barons council decision against Sar and Darkness2
2) Evan apparently was friends with Sar and he feels that because Sar now has the power of Baron, that he befriended him.
3) Evan is challenging because ::draws an arrow pointing to numbers 1 and 2::
4) Evan has something against the Dalamar.
What I got from Sartans post that doesn't clear --anything-- up-
1) In my own words "Evan, you challenged Dal, and I am loyal, so in my eyes you are evil and I shall never....befriend you or respect you for that matter.
2) IN my own words " I am not throwing a fit about this challenge to keep my sanity and to keep respect from others, though I am --really-- angry "
::the two phrases IN MY OWN WORDS and IN MY OWN WORDS are highlighted, in other words... you cannot hold evasion accountable for those... the Baron Sartan did --not-- word it that way, he did because hes making a point and doesn't want to hear blah blahing from "concerned citizens" who are making the matter worse"::
::Walks off away from the boards, chuckling slightly as people DO need bifocals, writing a pretty long post, being a stupid ol' dueler for that matter::
::left UNSIGNED::

Roland smirked, reading over the latest posts under this paticular challenge, his expression clearly stating his ideals on the bogus challange. "This is nothing but a big pile of crap... the whole damn challenge... nothing but horse-dung", the mercenary spat out, glancing over to his team mate then back to the message.
"His motives are even worse... nothing but a fat pile," the captain laughed out-right. "Hey Nova...?", glancing over to his team mate again, " 'messed up'... but he stated his 'sadness' so everything is all peachy." The look on Nova's face was clearly confusion, not a regular to the rings politics, Nova was lost at sea when it came down to Roland's ramblings.
Feeling the need to clarify some-what, Roland continued, "Dal just beat him down for his ambitious nature... made him all sad or something." Shaking his head, Roland looked back to the message, reading further. Chuckling again, thinking this paticular post a knee slapper, "he's -decusted- with people screwing around with his preventable grammar... I think he thinks I'm perfect." Shaking his head once more, Roland looked back over to Nova.
"So..." Roland began, as if Nova could actually have a decent opinion on the matter," what do you think about all this...?"
----
Nova looks up from stringing his bow, one end of the fine metal cord held between his teeth as he loops and knots the other end around the wing of the bow. His eyebrows arch comically, it's almost obvious he wasn't listening to Roland's rant from the get-go. He opens his mouth to speak, the metal cord falling to clink against the ebon and crimson bow in his hands.
"I think you need a new hobby. You should go back to washing the hinds of horses," he grins, pulling the metal knot tight at one end and squeezing it in his fist to ensure it's secure.
"Bah..." Roland turns back to the boards, reading the post again, "decusted," he snickers under his breath.
"Perhaps you should teach him instead of privately berating him," Nova speaks again, this time going to work knotting the cord at the upper half of the bow.
"Where's the fun in that?" Roland is quick to answer.
"Touché," replies Nova, "I'm not even going to pretend to know what either of you are talking about. From the looks of those boards, most people that walk through those doors need a good kick in the head. Ask me, you're all a bit too obsessed with slicing each other with sharpened steel and even sharper tongues," he has finished stringing the bow by now and he raises it up, examining his handiwork.
"But that's all the fun, right there," Roland answers with a short chuckle, "without the challenges, this place would be boring. But what do you think about this challenge?"
Nova chuckled heartily as he rose from his seat, slinging the bow across his body.
"What's so funny?"
"I think you should make the boy your business partner and quit these rings. There's much more money to be made washing the hind of a horse. Perhaps you could employ the rest of your Barons-without-land to clean up after the horses. Last time I checked, you needn't know how to spell to shovel horse droppings... better to do it physically in the stables than figuratively on a piece of paper," with that, Nova began laughing again, deep and
rolling as he walked up the stairs, waving absently over his shoulder... leaving Roland to mutter something about Nova's heritage under his breath.

::Reads the unsigned post and shakes her head.:: Look at that Gnortie, another one of them that we're not going to oppose... ::sighs:: Shall we go repose instead?
( Need I say it? This is not a post, though some might have witnessed the scene. )

I wouldn't worry folks, if Evan is a student of Lupton's then the only thing he has learned is failure.
Honor to thyself, Respect to others,
Baphelocutis est Lathadoscia

::posts::
Sartan, Dal, others:
The Baron and I talked out what came between us in the past. It was matter of friendship and what one friend did for another. And to that bond, one simple action broke thier trust. That was what this challenge was about for all of you whom can't read or seem to need glasses. ::shrugs::
Now, the unsigned post(read Evasion's post if you don't have a clue) was well worded. But what it said about Dal and me is not true. I said I was sorry to Dal, but for Dal, does not seem enough. And thus, only fuels a slow burning fire of hate, which I have just giving up on. He don't like me, then to bad. He is the one whom has to live with it. I messed up, but I stated
my sadness for it.
For all who I watch coming up to my last few posts and mock me and poke fun at my honor and spelling, I have one think to ask. Who the hell made you perfect, cuase you sure don't look it.
::writes it again, thinking he has it right this time:: Yeesh, damn hand tired of having to rewrite this post,
