::tacks up a short note::
Out of curiosity, and a vested interest, and because I am not here often enough, nor have I reread the rules recently, I ask these questions.
The Overlord may be challenged once per month?
Anyone challenging in July?

Hey Rand...
As I have re-read the rules recently, I am a little confused about the exact ruling.
Someone did challenge for July, but there was a bit of a... let's call it an incident and leave it at that. In any event, I think the challege was invalidated.
However, I still can't find anywhere how often the Overlord can be challenged... just that he can't be challenged during the twenty two days leading up to a WarLord's Tourney.
Hope that helps...

The commoner takes up the quill hanging on its ribbon, penning a short note she tacks it to the ancient corkboard.
Warlords Rand al'Tan and Lady Drake,
Tis the gauntlet may be cast at the feet of the Overlord but once in three cycles of the moon by each duelist qualified to do so. Tis during the rising of twenty four suns preceding the Warlord's Tourney that no gauntlet may be so cast down.
Further, tis currently for M'lord Evermeadow to adjudicate if the rules of engagement in the casting of the gauntlet have been properly observed.
Jona,
Common as they come.
