Perhaps so, but I personally wouldn't consider the prospective challenges of two who aren't currently in a position to challenge as reason not to.. after all, look at the peoples scrambling over each other to take a shot at Zen.

Despite the claims of others, I've never fallen from my warlord rank once I attained it.
Therefore, it would be easy for plenty of people to have been warlord more times than I, as I have been a warlord only once...a relatively long, unbroken stay.
Reminds me of a joke about a Frenchman, and Italian and an American who were bragging about how many times they and the Mrs... ahem.
