Thinks the Rhydin Haberdashery may have a run on larger hat sizes very very soon.

Well, this doesn't really concern me skyler, but rank shouldn't mean one shouldn't be listened to. The rest of your post I feel is accurate about Wlk's comment.

Everyone:
Was there some unusual point in Dueling History where this was considered engaging and dynamic dialogue? There's not one point in this entire stream of flying rhetoric that hasn't been beaten to death already by the metaphorical legion of bipolar monkeys with swords and pens.
Not to try and make an example out of myself, but did anyone notice an abundance of "blah-blah" and "whine-whine" when I last challenged Adonai? No, I specifically "kept it shut" in public, allowing the personal lack of love between the former holder of the Seventh Ring and I remain in its place.
As for the new house, I'm certainly cheery and delighted to see efforts to bring group participation and teamwork back to the Arena. However, all this talk of taking on any Overlord who walks and talks a certain credo is only going to start time-consuming and reputation-bashing arguments. There's nothing stopping you, Percival, or anyone else in House Rising from acting on your codes, but I would ask with the upmost graciousness that such talk does
not precede your possible actions.
To be brief.. I feel that the "intent to challenge" is perfectly fine, when it can be followed by a challenge.. but to make bold, partisan statements in public squares, as has been done, is self-defeated and only creates a plethora of hassle.
After all, imagine my grief upon returning to RhyDin after a week's sabbatical, only to find some sixty-odd missives on a single subject, and being expected to sniff through them for actual content.
With Enough Said,
-Perri!
Ironically, is probably just adding more fuel to the fire.

Perrinis,
Actually, you have to realize the delicious irony of one important fact. Those sixty-odd posts? Almost all were sent out the same day, in response to the same few posts and each other. The fire built all day, reaching the point where there six or seven new posts on the topic every 5 or 10 minutes. Then, overnight (literally) almost all died out. There have been only a handful of new posts since. In fact, I believe, your post is only the second
or third in the last couple of days. Strange how things run sometimes, hmmm?
Oh, and as for the challenge comment you made, I wish to make a personal statement (I am not speaking for the House, just myself), I believe a challenge was made recently that for some reason or another did not appear on the boards. One way or another, something will be done. By someone in the House.
Basically, what happened is that some of us got overeager and moved a little too quickly in the original post. Then a few posts were made by myself and Tom without talking to other House leaders. Then everyone else jumped on the bandwagon.

Quietly wanders off, chortling over the revelation of Skyler's anatomical oddity. "Now th' be a doll ta' add ta' th' collection."
