The South Cove Incorporated Oil Refinery stood vigilantly(and unmoving, as buildings tend to do), set along a gravel-tossed beach which was called South Cove on the Garrison Territory maps, but only the workers that lived in the Refinery's work camp(It was too far a distance from any reasonable settlement to commute) ever referred to the hulking complex or the remote, surrounding inlet much at all. While the rest of the Territory ground its
political gears, the Incorporated Oil Refinery silently(Well, quite noisily, if you happened to get within earshot of the monstrosity) went about its business.

And business was quite good on the South Cove. The Garrison Territory required only a fraction of the taxes most monarchial lands in the Realms would demand, and the what ecological ordinances the General had initiated were far from enforced so far from the cities and the Civil Military's eye.

So an occasional spill was no big worry(After a few workers got sick, the bosses told them to stop fishing), and the smog and smoke made for some beautiful sunsets anyway.
