New Rules, etc

Several annoucements ;)

1) The new rules will very shortly (within 24 hours) be posted for your review. Right now they are *only* for review, and don't go into effect until midnight, May 24th.

2) Midnight, May 24th is the "magic moment" because the next Warlord Tourney has been tentatively scheduled for May 25th and 26th. An official announcement with all the particulars will also very shortly be forthcoming.

3) This weekend marks our long awaited, yet still slightly hindered, effort to return to normal dueling hours. Sunday hours have been extended effective this weekend, and we believe we'll be back to all 4 days, 8pm to 3am, by the beginning of June.
