::blinks::

What is this?

::rereads the notice again::

::chuckles:: You, my captain, are now *truly* Shame Less. Commericalization and capitalization? Is *this* what Iain has brought ye to?

If these are the steps that must be taken in order to insure your liquidity *after* payin' salaries, then I, for one, do hereby now waive my salary. If it *must* be paid, I strongly suggest ye start a "MacDonnaugh Foundation" for orphans or some other unfortunate, needy or otherwise indigent persons and I will gladly donate the full sum of my salary to that instead.

Box seats, backstage passes and a gift shop, *indeed*.

::chuckles, reading Seamus's announcement and Helix's comments::

Box seats, backstage passes and a gift shop, indeed...
::rips off one of the little tags and heads off, yelling:: Hey Drake! You seen this yet?

::Finally returning from her vacation with a merry feeling in her heart, only to be accosted by her team-mate Ally.:: "What in the world are you talking about? Season tickets?"
::After reading Seamus' posting, and the various letters sent to her from the TDL office, she just has to chuckle.:: "So -this- is why I've got so dranned much money... Hmmm, maybe I should set up a booth in the marketplace to sell tickets for the matches." ::Giving a grin, she adds.:: "And have Roland run it... he's always looking for ways to help out."
::Quickly taking her quill and paper, she scribbles a note under Seamus'::

Baron MacDonnaugh,
I can offer the services of my ticket agency for the selling of your tickets... all I ask is a small commision to defray the cost of paying the agent... What do you think?

Lady Drake, Captian of the Jade Gryphons.

::stops after reading what seems to be patronization over the intent to generate funds to compensate his dueling team. Having no need other than a equitable trade for the costs of doing business he considers the possible options and settles on an idea. Knowing the league has deeper pockets than even Lady Drake he acts quicky in order to head off any opposition. Tacking a large placard on the cork in sight of all those who frequent the
center bearing the following words.::::

Union meeting to discuss the terms and conditions for all league sanctioned callers to participate in the T.D.L. Don't let the conglomorate exploit your services any longer. Contact Seamus Mac Donnaugh.

Baron Seamus-

Seamus, Baron, Buddy, we absoluetly must talk. Do me a favor and drop me a missive sometime. The boss lady finally came to her sense... got a nice, very profitable, deal waiting for you.

Roland

::smiles a bit, going off to buy a bigger missive box::
