::Smirks, reading the post:: Gonna be hard for people to notify the founder of this coalition without signing a name... Yeesh, does this person even KNOW Dal?
::Walks off, not posting anything::

Yogi,
I read your post, and cannot believe by any means why you, or anyone else, would write something such as that and post it up on these ancient boards. It is entirely disrespectful and dishonorable. I believe that you need to spend your time doing something worthwhile rather than posting notes about dethroning the current Overlord of the Duel of Swords.
If your posting was a joke, which it seemed far from, then I apologize in advance for my comments.
Disgusted,
Bane

Yogi,
I would suggest that the best way to dethrone an overlord is in the rings, through honorable challenge. Any other way would devalue the sport, in my humble and inexperienced opinion.

:::all black eyes scan the boards briefly, stopping on the suggestion made to join an alliance bent on dethroning the most powerful man in DoS; focuses light energy and creates a post, tacking it up along with the others:::
Sir,
Firstly, posting a letter of this type is pure foolishness for several reasons. The one which comes immediately to mind is that the best way to remove a ruler, or in the case an Overlord, is to plot with co-conspirators in secret. The next best way is in open conflict. Secondly, the Overlord has proven time and time again that he is the most skilled in this sport. Thirdly, this sport is based on the premise of one man against one man. Certainly,
one could gather a group of men loyal to him and each could issue a challenge, one after the other, in the hopes of wearing down the Overlord's defenses. But, again, this does not guarantee victory nor does it guarantee which of the men would hold the title once all was finished. I would assume that you stylize yourself the future Overlord since you seem to be the one trying to spear-head this movement. Then again, if you only want the Overlord
removed, this may prove successful. Finally, I think that, in general, what you are trying to do is simply not going to happen. The Overlord has too many men loyal to him and also has the ability to test any who come against him. This combination does not bode well for your success.
If you want the Overlord removed, take some effort, confront him face to face and attempt to defeat him. Anything else is foolish.
Oh, and if you do manage to face him in the ring, I hope he beats you soundly for your insolence.

Sort of reminds me of when a certain commoner verbally attacked a certain baron on the board, a few months back, which resulted in a whole argument, which probably somehow reverted to the idea of honor, like all discussions here do.
