Ladies and Gentlemen.

For many years I have taken council from my dear friend Xenograg kathu-Darelir. I have sought out his wisdom on many occasions. I request his presence when I have reason to celebrate. He has seen me through hard times and dragon's lairs. And when my guilt threatened to consume me after my slaying of Prudence and Athlstan's sacrifice...it was from Xenograg that I turned to...to ease my wish for absolution.

Rarely has there been an event in my life where I did not wonder how he would view my decision. For these reasons, I am overjoyed to pronounce the the appointment of this great man to the High Court Advisory of New Mountainside.

In light of Xeno's recent retirement from the Arena, I know I am fortunate to be able to work with him on the future projects of my Kingdom. And as all is not well in the Realms, his council will be put to good use in the darker seasons to come.
