Within this stack I do open a venue for those Barons whom so desire to place their letters to the Council. On that note, I'd like to remind the public that the discussion is over, and posts made here are for clarification/verification of certain Barons' statuses as well as general enlightenment.
I do submit my own statements:
Barons,
Though it is obvious my vote has no influence [because the vote is currently slanted 10-1] on this matter, I believe our community should be more merciful with common and accidental errors made during such a monumental event of a Warlord's career, such as a challenge.
This has always been my belief. I'm sure those dated recall that I allowed Shade 9 a rematch when he was unable to arrive to a challenge match. I'd hope such an oppurtunity would be given to me.
My vote, as frivolous as it is: schedule a new match so the challenge may proceed undaunted.

Barons, my final piece on this:
If we are to desire a community feel to the basement that the days of old once had, we must start by treating each other as amiable neighbors, friends, or even family. Those in a community are lenient toward each others' mistakes and allow one to be forgiven and their attempts continued.
No grand evil was committed by the challenging Warlord. He misinterpreted a sentence. Anyone can, and I'm sure everyone has, read or heard something in a way the author didn't intend. Why should we punish for such an error done by all? How can we judge this man wrong without simultaneously judging ourselves to be in err? None of us are perfect.
My vote remains staunchly the same. Allow Warlord Clutch his duel with Roland and let the person who tries to punish the Warlord's mistake prove that (s)he has never made the same.

3. The Baron's Council shall consist of 12 voting members and 1
overseer. The Overseer shall vote only in the case of a tie among the
other 12 members. The number of voting members may be less than
12 but there shall always be 1 overseer.
4. The overseer of the Council shall be the Overlord, unless it is the title
of Overlord that is at issue, in which case the senior most Baron shall
fill the position. The overseer should help direct the council and push
it towards a conclusion.
12 voting memebers.... cause in all cases a baron is directly involved. (the other where the OL is involved means that the senior baron doesn't get to vote) The 13th baron(the one involved) is left out to let the other 12 decide. So you are the baron that doesn't get to vote.
If i am wrong in this manner then let me Know. But i think this should be the case, as the rules state it. I know that it will end up like this anyways, with the majority vote... but i have to point out your honest mistake that you made. After all... we all make them right?

We wait on AJay, Perri, Gimm, and Agrenish to contribute their votes if they so want too. For they do not need to.... but i know they will because they have done so already earlier. Without objections i would like to put a close on the voting deadline by Friday at midnight EST time. That would be two nights from now. I expect that tomorow shall be the last day to deal with this though.
Also if none object i would like to make a formal posting(although it doesn't have to be me that does it, but i will if you want) to the DoS community about the decision made, and the barons who voted for what. That way people can see what each individual did. So in other words just put up what i am tabulating for all of us now... but when everything is finished. If there are any objections to this let me know privately(so everyone doesn't need
to hear about it). I think this would be good to let people know so they can see how each indivdual baron represented himself or herself.

The kid made a boo boo. What to mothers do when kids get boo boos? They fix them all up so they can go out and play again. What do Dalaber, AJ, LeFace and the rest of them 'Just say no' Baronals Do? They don't patch up the boo boo, they take a knife and slash up the cut a little more. Why do they do this, 'make 'em learn their lesson' they whine.
I'm the only person I know who's near perfect, so the rest of you pretty damn far away from it, don't you think? Clutchy did everything in his challenge that I did not. He was nice polite, and even said please. You don't get that with me, and look at what I've got, Varro's ring. Fact of the matter is that Dalaber probally sent out a letter to his Loyalians saying "Vote No, Dal" and like a bunch of lemmings they followed, so that Dal may keep the
upbalance of the scales of Barons.
Consiracy? ::Draws in a smiliey face:: It's a long shot... but somethings wrong when a whole bunch of Loyalans can;t think apart from each other.
