Dear Jeff,

You always seem to become my focal point over the years when I choose to drink to excess and appear in the rings. Honestly, I suspect that is because I admire your abilities so much and can't help but feel a wee bit jealous. You are a fine man, and an excellent dueler. Please accept my sincere apologies for my behavior last night.

For you others that were present, I apologize for any dishonor to the sport, or discomfort to yourselves. I hadn't slept but 2 hours in 48 hours due to my daily toil, and just a few drinks combined with my exhaustion caused me to act like a creep. If any of you know of anyone else that was offended, please forward this letter to them. Again, I am truly sorry. As for me, I am going back to bed, to try to make up for a huge sleep deficit built up
over weeks due to my toil. I shall return to the rings tonight, refreshed and clear of mind. I hope some of my actions in the past make up for any Dishonor that I have caused. :::hopes the humility evident to publically post this is taken into account::
