::Sir Beiver strides over to the boards, ready to post his own note, when he happens to notice one about suicide::
::he read through it, not liking what happened::
::mutters quietly to himself:: The life span in Ryndin must be very short, but I intend to be here a while.
::takes a tack, and posts his note::
It reads:
"If I may, Your Grace," Beiver interposed. Beiver, Sparhawk noticed, was holding his Lochaber ax loosely in his right hand. "The Captain and I have meet before. Perhaps I can reason with him." The young Cyrinic Knight moved his horse forward. "Though our relations have never been cordial, Captain," he said, "I beseech you not to so risk your soul by defying our Holy Mother, the Church. With this in mind, will you freely stand aside as the Church has
commanded you to do?"
"I will not, Sir Knight."
Beiver sighed regretfully. Then, with an almost negligent swing of his dreadful ax, he sent the captain's head flying. Beiver, Sparhawk had noted, did that on occasion. Just as soon as he was certain he was on firm theological ground, the young Arcian habitually took sometimes shockingly direct action. Even now, his face was serene and untroubled as he watched the captain's headless body stand stock still for several second, and then he sighed as the
body collapsed.
The church soldiers gasped and cried out in horro and alarm as they recoiled and reached for their weapons.
"That tears it," Tynian said, "Here we go." He reached for his sword.
"Dear friends," Beiver addressed the soldiers in a gentle bu commanding voice, "you have just witnessed a truly regrettable incident. A soldier of the Church wilfully defied out Mother's lowful command. Let us join together now to offer up a fervent prayer that All-Merciful God shall see fit to forgive his dreadful sin. Kneel, dear friends, and pray." Beiver shook the blood of his ax, spattering a number of soldiers in the process.
After all my adventures, I come to Ryndin to practice my craft. Pray that none of you defy our Mother, the Church.

::rolls his eyes a bit, unable to resist::
Whatever.....
::takes the names several revered deities in vain, and then has salicious thoughts about women to boot::
Your gonna figure out tin man....that the church doesn't hold alot of sway around here.
And we get right testy when others tell us how we should live. So hopefully you'll take this mild observation to heart....unless your intent is to anger someone to the point that they recycle your armor for you....with you in it. If so, continue by all means...I'd hate to stop from a noble quest of that sort.

::posts it and walks on muttering to himself::
Something about the weight of all that armor....sucks all the juice right out of their brains.

::reads the next post, looks distressed:: I hope none of you were going to take that seriously. I was joking. I'm not going to do anything.
