Response of the Challenge to the Seventh

Hurriedly, Daelin stepped through the portal from Dragonia to the basement of the Castle Daelin in RhyDin..he looked in his mailbox at a various number of things..then he pulled Ecore's letter out and read over it..sighing a little..he steadied the Regency Crown on his head and then shook his head.

"Ah well..serves me right for trying to do two things at once.." He said to himself..

Picking up a pen, he first decided to let people know of his abscence..or those that had not known of it. Then he decided he might as well try to answer Ecore's challenge and get it finished quickly before anyone noticed he was gone in Dragonia. Not that he wanted to finish quickly, but that he needed to. He then wrote a note to the public.

Friends of the Duel of Swords,

Many of you may have noticed my being absent from the Arena. I apologize firsthand as I have to serve my country as a soveriegn. I have also noticed Warlord Ecore's challenge and I appreciate the honorable way in which he has challenged, in a time when most challenges are full of strife. I also applaud his effort at a noble goal in which he has set for himself. I hearby accept this challenge even though I am absent. I am waiting on Lady Silvertree's
verification before I set a date. But the date will be as soon as I recieve the green light on the PWs. Having to do this on the spur of the moment. I do not know if I will have a physical Lady of Honor or Second, but that will be attented to later. I will be dueling with my platinum greatsword, 'Warfare', Legacy of the Dragonsblades and chosen weapon of the Dragonian Holy Swordsman. I will be dueling under a banner of royal blue with a blazing gold
dragon set on it clutching two swords in it's talons. This is the banner of the Dragonsblades and the flag of Dragonia. Until then..Skill and Honor.
