It was late sunday night sir robert couldn't sleep something Marius XI
had said that latin "In vino Veritas" on that post. He rode over to the
Duel of swords just to see it and there was Marius there Sir Robert
always loved God's timing in things. They sit and talked of each other
the rings of honor the ranks they were the time before barons this
always got sir robert thinking of the duel of sword's past. The
red wine was smooth and had a good grape tastes to it in the crystal
goblets. Angel stop by looking for Zam. a thief stopped by name
Bullafett. his yell got us to look his way. we weclome him to the
duel of swords a young child came walking in she said she was the
overlady this got a smile too our faces. The thief made a statment
of the fact we couldn't duel and knew nothin about the sport.
Myself was frist to say "like to test that friends" ::standing my left
hand when to my longsword...knowing honor must be sevred. Then Marius XI
stop me and Say"No let me test him sir robert". I say " as you wish.."
the duel's terms were because of his questioning the two of us
of our skills and his words were full of boasting and foul statements.
The child's ear didn't need to hear..Marius XI put up this most trusted
weapon of a warlord's his sword "Standard" for the thief prize.for
Marius XI and the rest there Cas had walked in now. The thief would
never disgrace these hollow halls of honor not more..the duel was
quick and there words heated mostly coming from the thief..the
warlord skill was near perfect the thief toothed daggers did get in
couple times in 7 rounds the thief was bested and his word fall to
the ground like his blood in that ring 5-3 Marius won and the honor
of all in the hall. Some threats best be stopped before they start.
The thief bull didn't want to leave he wanted blood and another duel.
The thief spits out railing words of using the child in this so called
duel. Which was called by Cas. So we moved out of the hall of honor to
a place only know as the "Coliseumdu Vitae" where thief meet a
timly end..
