She had known from the beginning that her time was limited, that eventually she would feel the call to return to her home, knowing didn't make it easier. She packed up the sparse belongings in the bunkhouse and paused, allowing her gaze to linger on this or that.

Her form wavered as her concentration was interrupted by bursts of what she assumed was emotion, it was a new and wondrous sensation for the one that named herself Silver.

"Won't get far if I don't start off," she whispered to the empty room.

The Chaos called and she had little choice but to follow, still knowing that didn't make the leaving any easier.

((Authors' note: I've always believed that brevity was the soul of wit, not to mention farewells. For what it's worth, the short trip back was fun. Thanks to all, especially Glen who I think is a wonderful boss for allowing me the second chance -- the first for those that were unaware was when I wore the nametag Rogue (and believe me I found it ironic that some stated that I was no Rogue but I wasn't bad :D ).

Good luck and stuff, this screenname will self-destruct in less than 48 hours.
