Gnort (aka G) 4-6
K'yorl Jarlaxel 0-0

Everyone knows G. He is the type of guy that walks into the room, and everyone shouts out "G". The women find him attractive, although I will never know why. He has been around for a long time, and in that time he has perfected his skills. One of a few people to have over 100 WoL, just proves he can back up his walk, and talk. Look for him to swing that hammer hard, and look good while doing it.

K'yorl is the man challenging. Talk about a person that should come out of the closet. Have you seen the way this guy dresses? It's cool when you're a kid, to be a pirate, but not when you're older. Somehow I think his Mom neglected him as a kid. Anyway, if a pirate is what he is, then watch out. He should come at G with no remorse, and look to plunder his booty. Maybe that's a bad choice of words. To make a living at being a pirate you need to have
skills. Otherwise people just laugh at you when you show them your plank. Another bad choice in words. Anyway, everyone knows pirates have rickets, and unless K'yorl has been drinking his limeade, he wont stand a chance.

Odds are 5-2 in favor of G

I will pay out 10-1 for the exact score, or 5-1 if you can guess the exact spread either way. If you guess the number of rounds that is 10-1 also. The odds for the exact score and rounds are 25-1. Odds of 5-1 will be given if you can pick the total combined score at the end of the match. If you have another bet you wish to make, just contact me, and I will give you the odds.

As always should more information come up the odds could change, but for now they are set. The bet is not legal until the first round has been called.

Bets can be sent to me, or left upon the board. Collection, and payment will happen after the match.

K'yorl Jarlaxel 0-0

Actually, I think he is 0-1. He lost to Jeff Oakenshield, I believe.

Helpfully,

On his way from the Outback he comes across the papers.

"Oh, people are placing bets already."

Looking it over, he sees the mistake. The breath escapes his lips as he nods. Pulling out his pen he makes a note to have one of his men change all the slips tomorrow. Then putting down upon a piece of paper that is already there....

My mistake. 0-1

((AN. For those that don't know, I ask the people beforehand what their record is. I had gotten a response from all but him. I looked through the histories, but missed it, I guess. This is why I ask, so this doesn't happen. Perhaps I'll just leave this off from now, so it doesn't cause anymore problems.))

Mr. Numbers.

Baron Talanador shall win the match, 5-3.5 in 12 rounds. I place a sum of 20 jades upon each of the following bets:
The Baron shall win the duel
The score shall be 5-3.5
The duel shall last 12 rounds.
The combination of these three factors.
The total combined score shall be 8.5 points.

Further, do not forget our wager concerning Baron Troyan. Fifty jades on each of the two possibilities.

Lady Drake, aka the Gryphon.

Then K'yorl has lost to Jeff as well...

Here's a copy:
For a several months the popular Baron Oakenshield remained unchallenged, a streak finally broken by Warlord K'yorl Jarlaxel. There was some difficulty with the challenge at first, for it was made before all the peer wins had been recorded. Once they were, the Warlord was allowed to reissue and the challenge went forth. The match itself was relatively short, and the Baron lead most of the way. In seven rounds he secured his claim to the Eighth
ring with a 5-2 victory.

He's 0-2 then.
