I hereby press challenge to the 13th Baronial ring. My reasons are simple. The Baron holding it at the time asked to be challenged and I accumulated my peer wins to do such. I have been absent for a time and wish to once again hold a ring.

I wonder if Magnus meant to write 2000 after all those peer wins? Cuase if those peer wins are from April of 99, wouldn't they be invalid?
