Silent reconing

The cocksure braggart stood before the ancient cork and read the latest posts with a wicked smirk on his face. His mismatched facial features would be handsome if not for the expression on his face. He rolled his shoulder slightly, shifting his body inside the skin tight black fighting suit he wore. He radiated an aura of confidence, of superiority, of deadly intent. He was made for one thing and that was combat,
and he had spent the last six months off in a land he did not know, fighting a battle who's morals meant nothing to him.
He was back in Rhydin, managing the dead Nicholas again, but he was still an outsider to both the Duel of Swords and Fists. The posts were the same, the attitudes haven't changed. He hadn't expected any different and was somehow comforted by such a sure thing.
Billy Ray gave the old cork a lopsided grin before sauntering off into the night. He had a life to live and a business to run. It was time he started doing both.

::stepping in from the shadows as the braggart slips out, he smiles and heads to the local merchant for a fresh bow of red crayons. A hasty return and the box is placed below the cork before he exits for the eve:::
