It took me a couple of times but I think I've got it now. The key is to read it out loud as if you were drunk. Here's the best I could come up with:
"Daelin Dragonsblade, Maggie (Damien's nickname for Magnus), Unagi, Karen Wilder, Leo De Lorenzo, vacant, Cory Havoick, Galin Taelca, Secondat, Gasios Maxibut (He meant Cassius Maximus but I think we should all start calling him "Gasios"), Verceterix Favre, Ellisa Morgan, vacant or Percival, Cletus,

I write to you on behalf of my client, Damien Mortis, concerning his challenge for the 4th Baronial Ring of the Duel of Swords. On Monday, July 30th at 10:29 PM, Damien and the Baroness Wilder recieved confirmation that Damien's bona fides had been confirmed. From that time, there was no contact made by the Baroness for a period longer than one week. The first reply from Baroness Wilder came last evening at 10:31, two minutes after her one week
deadline had passed.
Though two minutes may not seem like a long time, the Baroness is in violation of the Terms of Challenge which state that Barons have one week to resond to a challenge from the point of verification. Baroness Wilder has gone over that one week time frame and thus is in violation of the rules of engagement.
Furthermore, her only offered time is one less than three days hence, allowing my client little time to prepare for his match.
I ask the Baroness to be held in forfiet for her failure to comply with the Universal Terms of Challenge. The rule was very clearly broken, no matter by how small of a margin. If asked, I will supply the documents that prove she was over her time limit.
Violations of governing rules should not be tolerated. My client and I await a response from the commission, which we hope will begin the process of reprimanding her for this infraction.

I would have to say that I agree entirely with Var here. I would also have to say, very strongly, that I would guess that Damien is seeking the forfeit because he knows he has no chance against Karen and is horribly scared she will hurt him.

A horse's freshly ejected dung takes longer than that to hit the ground.
It's obvious who stands as the better in this challenge, and the duel hasn't even been bloody scheduled yet.
