The calling staff of the Duel of Swords would like to congratulate Deacon for being awarded this week's "Duelist of the Week" award.

Deacon's performance in his first weekend of dueling blew away even the regulars. He went 8-3 with wins over Lorance Sneggle, Var Medici-Giovanni, and Morgan Redheart.

Other nominations included: Kaene, Var Medici-Giovanni, and Myth.

In recognition for his outstanding dueling, Deacon's bar tab for the up coming week will be paid for in full. Congratulations, Deacon.

"Duelist of the Week" is a new honor being given to one dueler per week. Members of the calling staff nominate a dueler and the dueler with the most votes wins. If there is a tie, the WoL for the week in question is taken into consideration. Each week, the winner's drinks in the Arena will be on the
house.
